Written by Primenewsplus

A high school staff member in Ohio, Stephanie Demetrius, is facing serious charges after allegedly attempting to hire a student to kill her estranged husband for $2,000.

According to investigators, Demetrius approached a student at the Academy for Urban Scholars High School and allegedly offered payment to carry out the killing. Authorities say she provided an initial $250 cash payment and later discussed details of the plan, including her husband’s schedule and when he would be alone.

The alleged plot was uncovered after the student’s mother discovered concerning messages and alerted police, prompting an investigation.

Demetrius has been charged with conspiracy and remains under legal proceedings. Her defense has denied the allegations, stating that the claims are fabricated and that she intends to contest them in court.
