Khloé Kardashian is living proof that happiness doesn’t depend on a relationship.
During the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, the 40-year-old mom of two made a surprisingly candid confession — she hasn’t had sex in over three years. And far from being frustrated, Khloé says she feels amazing.
“I Haven’t Had Sex in Over Three Years”
The moment came during a lighthearted chat about her sister Kourtney’s wellness brand, Lemme, and its new campaign featuring actress Julia Fox, who’s famously been celibate for four years.
When entrepreneur Simon Huck mentioned the detail, Khloé replied matter-of-factly:
“I haven’t had sex in over three years.”
Huck was visibly shocked. “You’re really not dating anyone, Khlo? There’s no one on your roster?” he asked.

“Nope. Not anyone I’m texting. I don’t have any person’s phone number.”
“I Actually Feel Great With That Energy Right Now”
Later in the episode, Khloé explained that her single status isn’t about bitterness — it’s about peace.
“I saw a quote that said, ‘Why are you so happy?’ and the person replied, ‘Because I’m not dating,’” she said with a smile. “And I’m like, yes — I actually feel great with that energy right now.”
Her sister Kourtney Kardashian backed her up, saying in a confessional:
“While you have young kids, if there’s no one worth your time, focus on your kids.”
Kim, on the other hand, has been trying to nudge Khloé back into dating, but Kourtney shut it down with a laugh: “No — forget that.”
Prioritizing Peace Over Partners
Khloé shares her two children — True, 7, and Tatum, 3 — with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, and she’s made it clear her focus is firmly on motherhood.
“My kids are my top priority,” she said earlier this year on her podcast Khloé in Wonderland. “I don’t care about dating. Maybe in a couple years, but right now? I don’t care to. I’m not dating. My focus is my kids — and to me, that’s the smartest thing.”

Reflecting on her life post-relationships, Khloé says she’s happier and more confident than ever.
“I love being 40. Being 40 has been sensational,” she said. “And I’m thrilled.”
For someone who’s spent much of her life in the public eye — through love, heartbreak, and everything in between — Khloé’s latest chapter is refreshingly simple: peace, kids, and self-love.
“I’m not dating. I’m not looking. And honestly,” she said, “I feel great.”
